How is the material distributed?
Our leaflets are NOT distributed with free newspapers. Most of our clients agree that free newspapers detract considerably from the impact of leaflets inserted in them. Our leaflets are carefully delivered by responsible, trained and fully monitored adults.

What areas do we cover?
We are based in Ipswich but deliver to all areas of Suffolk and Essex.

How do I choose what areas I want delivered?
You can choose either post code areas or supply us with road names highlighted on a map.

How do you backcheck your distributions?
Target Leaflets has two methods of backchecking. The first is knocking on random doors and asking if they have had a leaflet delivered. We also distribute one of our own leaflets publicising leaflet distribution and inviting members of the public to contact us about the services we offer or to become one of our growing team of deliverers. The responses are processed. they are sorted geographically by delivery area and postcode on a daily basis. Each response we receive enables us to track the progress of the deliverer thus ensuring that the job is being properly carried out. Furthermore our adult deliverers are carefully trained as to the correct way to place the leaflets through the letterbox and onto the doormat ensuring maximum visual impact and potential response.

How much notice is needed to carry out a leaflet distribution?
We need at least 7 days’ notice from the time of a confirmed booking to organise an efficient distribution. For large distributions or projects requiring target reports, more time may be needed.

How do I get my products or leaflets to you so that they can be distributed?
We will give you clear delivery instructions once your order is confirmed.

How will I know that my leaflets have been distributed?
You can request checklists for Solus or Shareplan distributions. In this case, we will carry out the checks in the delivery area, to ensure efficient distribution. You will receive these checklists after the delivery has been completed. If requested we will supply backchecks for newshare deliveries wherever possible.

How long will it take for my leaflets to be delivered?
5000 per month minimum or 50,000 per month maximum.

What are the typical response rates?
Successful response to a leaflet depends on various factors, so there are no ‘typical’ response rates. However, research by the Direct Marketing Association shows that:
1. 62-71% of consumers find door drops useful.
2. 48% have visited a store, bought a product or sent for information as a result of a door drop.
3. 79% keep, pass on, read or glance at door drops.
